Weigh-in this morning:  139.6!  Almost 1/2 a pound!  This morning for breakfast:  bacon and an Atkins light breakfast bar!  Lunch: McDonald's Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese (meat & cheese only:  no bun)  Dinner:  Bacon and an Atkins light Bar (chocolate fudge crisp).  I was not hungry at all today.

I almost forgot, although it is not recommended, I did drink two cups of coffee....yum!
