Setback...

Yesterday, I cheated and ate Sushi.  Weight this morning:  138.4. Slight setback....back on track today.  I have to be swimsuit ready by June!

Weigh-in today: 138.2!

Breakfast:  3 strips of bacon, 2 scrambled eggs, 1 sausage patty from McDonald's, and a large cup of Community Coffee with Heavy Cream and Splenda!  MMM.MMM. Good!

Weigh-in this morning:  139.6!  Almost 1/2 a pound!  This morning for breakfast:  bacon and an Atkins light breakfast bar!  Lunch: McDonald's Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese (meat & cheese only:  no bun)  Dinner:  Bacon and an Atkins light Bar (chocolate fudge crisp).  I was not hungry at all today.

I almost forgot, although it is not recommended, I did drink two cups of coffee....yum!

I am 5'3 and currently 140 pounds.  I am on the induction phase and in hopes of losing weight fairly quickly.  I started on yesterday.  Weigh-in will be each morning.  I had an extremely difficult time at work today.  Everywhere I turned there were people eating donuts and candy.  I managed to get through the day unscathed!  More on tomorrow.  Please let me know if anyone else is starting back on this program!
